ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Rajan Zaveri is the Founder of XFACTORR Sports & Events, a USA-based sports and event management company focused on building premium cricket leagues, tournaments, and community-driven sports experiences. Originally from Vadodara, Gujarat, Rajan moved to New York City in 2016 to pursue Mechanical Engineering at the New York Institute of Technology.
A passionate cricket enthusiast from a young age, Rajan identified the growing interest and untapped talent within the cricket community in the USA. In 2018, he founded his own teams in the New York Tennis Ball Cricket League (NYTBCL) and Long Island Premier League (LIPL), leading a newly formed squad to the semifinals in their debut season.
Over the years, Rajan has continued to grow within the cricketing ecosystem, participating in international tournaments and sharing the field with renowned players such as Dwayne Smith, Tino Best, Jermaine Lawson, and Muhammad Khalil.
Through XFACTORR Sports & Events, Rajan's vision is to create larger opportunities for local talent, strengthen the sports community, and build a platform that elevates cricket and future sporting experiences across the United States.

XFACTORR Sports & Events was founded to transform the sports events landscape in the USA. What began as a passion project for cricket and competitive sport quickly grew into something far bigger. We identified a gap — communities full of passionate athletes with no premium platform to compete on. We built XFACTORR to fill that gap with excellence, energy, and unmatched execution. Today, we are one of America's most dynamic sports management companies, serving players, sponsors, and communities across 20+ US cities.
